How to Use

Sauté 1 medium onion in 2 tbsp oil/ghee until golden.

Add 1 lb (450g) chicken/lamb/shrimp or veggies; brown lightly.

Stir in 3–4 tbsp paste, add –1 cup water (or coconut milk for richer sauce).

Simmer 12–15 minutes until cooked and saucy.

Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with basmati rice, dosa, or naan.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
