How are the Shipping Charges calculated?

Delivery charge varies On Buniyaa. East Coast orders qualify for free shippping over $50. West Coast Orders qualify for free shipping over $75. Please make sure the total value of checkout cart after discounts applied is over the above listed values to get free shipping.

What is my purchase protection ?

What are the Delivery Timelines ?

Buniyaa generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the 2 to 3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

RETURN

What is the time period to return the product ?

Once the product has been delivered, you have 10 calendar days to return the product. Contact us via mail or chat to return the product. Please note. Damaged items must also be communicated within the 10 days of receiving. Please do not discard the items. We request you to send us an email at info@buniyaa.com with images of the products or shipments to help us investigate the damaged products.

Are there any charges to return products ?

All returns will be charged 15% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your total order amount.

What if i already opened product but not satisfy with product and i want to return it ?

We do not offer refunds for items that have been opened. If you have opened the items and are not satisfied with it, you can simply contact us and we will surely do the best for you.

What shipping service will be used to send the product back ?

Depending on the product, we may ask you to return the products back to us. We will provide you a mailing label to you and the amount for the label will be deducted from the refund amount and paid to you.

Can i return product directly to your headquarters ?

If you live near our Headquarters in NJ, you can simply drop it off. Upon inspection of the product we will waive the 15% restocking fee if you return the product in Person.

REFUND

What is condition for returning products and get a refund ?

Once we receive your items, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. You can check on the refund status using the Order and Returns section of our site.

How can i get refund back in my account ?

Refunds will be given back on the credit card or debit card used by you.

What is the charge for free shipping product refund ?

In case if you received free shipping and you decide to return some of the products from your order, we will check if the items you decided to keep add up to at least $50. If they do not add up to $50, a $7 in East coast, $10 in mid, $12 in west fee will be charged.

Buniyaa generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the 2 to 3 business days. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
1. Time of order
2. Product’s availability with the Buniyaa
3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Our Warehouse.

What should i do if if the product gets damaged in transit?

Kindly send the images of the product to info@buniyaa.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the resolution. Buniyaa always strive to keep the customers Happy.

Please do not discard the items and also send the images to info@buniyaa.com for us to investigate the damages. We request all the customers to check out the items when its recieved. We allow upto 10 days to communicate any issues with the order for Buniyaa to help process refund on damaged items. Please do not discard damaged goods.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up ?

Returns are easy. Please read return policy carefully on our FAQ Page. You can contact us for further query.

Do I need to be present at home to sign the receipts for my delivered goods ?

It is not mandatory for you to be present at home to sign the receipts of the delivered goods. Your representative or a family member can also sign the receipts and receive the products on your behalf.

Yes, you can opt for a suitable delivery date while ordering Greet & Gift items.

Delivery charges vary On Buniyaa.

  • No Shipping Charge on order over $50. California, Arizona, Washington has Free shipping on orders over $75.

  • $7 (varies for all) in order less then $50. California, Arizona, Washington will cost $15 flat shipping.

  • Free shipping in Free shipping coupon.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items on Buniyaa ?

  • There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Buniyaa. List prices are final and all-inclusive.

  • Delivery charges are not hidden charges.Extra charges are informed before delivered if any inconvenience occur.

  • The price you see on the checkout page is exactly what you would pay.

Does Buniyaa deliver internationally ?

As of now, Buniyaa doesn’t deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in USA and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in USA.

You can cancel the order unless it’s shipped. As soon as it ships you can not cancel the order. Instead you can return the order and get a full refund.
